Don’t forget: Tomorrow, we have three simultaneous events in

It’s nothing formal, just getting together for a meal and a chat at midday on the second Sunday of every month.

If you are organising one of tomorrow’s events, here is a table sign to let people know where you are.

Just print out enough copies, and fold them down the centre.

If you are attending, please look out for these signs on the tables.

Secular Sunday, Second Sunday, Second Breakfast, Midday Sunday 10 February

Would you like to meet some other atheists for a Sunday brunch once a month? It’s nothing formal, just getting together for a meal and a chat at midday on the second Sunday of every month.

We hope that it will help to cater for people who can’t easily get to the evening events that Atheist Ireland organizes.

There’s no entry fee, just pay for your own food. And it is family friendly, with children welcome, as are theists if accompanied by a responsible atheist!

Atheist Ireland’s first Secular Sunday, Second Sunday, Second Breakfast, will be at midday on Sunday 10 February in the Trinity Capital Hotel in Pearse Street in Dublin.

Here’s the Facebook event page.

There will also be a Second Sunday brunch in Cork on 10 February, with details of the venue to be announced.

If you would like to arrange one in your locality, please let us know and we will help to promote it. Just pick a suitable venue, check with them that they will keep some space available, and turn up and enjoy yourself.

It doesn’t have to be a big event. The first one you arrange might have just three or four people, but it can grow gradually as people hear what a wonderful time you had!

Please let us know here or on the Atheist Ireland Facebook Group if you would like to arrange or attend a Second Sunday brunch in your area.
