Re: Are we alone in the Universe?

I'm of the opinion that life does exist elsewhere in the universe but due to the scale of the gaff the chances of two intelligent cultures coming into contact with each other would be highly unlikely.

Blasphemy Bill

Just out of curiosity, if/when this Blasphemy Bill becomes law, how would one go about reporting blasphemy?
Would the police have to investigate every report?

Re: Does Anyone Know...

I did mean all donations to all organisations, but that might not have been too clear to begin with. Surely both equal to influences acting on the poli...

Re: Should St Patricks day be stopped

Good Friday is one of the best day's of the year to have a house party because of that stupid law. I hate the idea of St Patrick's day being moved to the last Monday of March instead of the 17th, that's just sucking up to the big business capitalist arseholes which to me is just as offensive as suck...

Re: Does Anyone Know...

The answer is no, they don't, and it's absolutely nothing to do with Catholicism. Individuals covered under ethics legislation do not have to declare donations they make to third parties as it's understood that you are only influenced (or can be perceived to be influenced) by donations made to you,...

Re: Should we change the Irish flag, what does it really mean.

The colour green in some aspects seems to be for some reason accepted by both North and South communities, just look at the Irish rugby jerseys and both the North and Republic's soccer jerseys I think the reason they are both green is that both teams pre-date partition. Northern Ireland football te...

Does Anyone Know...

Something that has been puzzling me lately. As far as I know Politicians have to give details of any donations they have received from any outside parties so that there is transparency of any vested interests. Does anyone know if they have to declare any donations they have made themselves to an out...
