Another idea would be to setup a skeptic society. You'd have a much broader scope and it would be easier to organise events. I was listening to Brenda Power's show on Newstalk today (June 22nd). She does a weekly slot with Andrew MCcann (Author of 'Know Your Rights') about consumer rights. Excellent idea bipedalhumanoid.
Count me in too. I think this is a very achievable task.

The books for TDs idea is a good one, but it's proving very difficult to get off the ground. Also, if we were successful, I think it may get some negative press along the lines of "aggressive secularists" ...
