Legally, the Vatican is a foreign country. And foreign countries cannot be sued under U.S. law -- except under extraordinary circumstances
Can't remember 100%, but the vatican is a sovereign state, and not technically a country.

Click on the little spanner icon on the bottom of the screen then select the location tab in the configuration window. It is tricky to use but if you hover the mouse around you can just about find Shannon or Dublin or Belfast. Don't know how to just enter the long/latt, I probably should just RTFM ...

Hey, I've just started trying to set up a group in UCD. I think that I will have a lot of problems getting the go ahead from the societies officer but I'll be pushing the issue anyway. Have UCC found getting signatures easy? I know pretty much the entire sci-fi soc there...let me know if i can help...
