It's undemocratic because we were told explicitly that if there was a No vote, then the treaty was dead(ie no voting n times). This is not the case. It's not the reasons that the treaty was rejected the first time that really interest me. It's the lack of democracy that the EU is displaying by forcing us to hold another referendum. Well I believe that we were told that this was a 1 shot deal. Either the treaty was accepted or if rejected it was dead in the water. Isn't the EU supposed to be based on democratic principles? Has the EU changed it's policy to vote the way we want, or we'll just keep having votes until you vote the...
