Back in 1998, the principle of 'Universal jurisdiction' was used by Spain and the UK to slap the manacles on Pinochet. I wonder if enough governments from around the world have the collective balls to pull together and drag ol' Joey Ratz to the tower? I fear not.

My only criticism is the lack of reference to the cover-up of child rape. Quite right. I think we all realise that if the will was strong enought in the civil authorities to properly pursue the protectors, then much of the remaining respect of the unthinking masses would vanish even quicker than it...
