I think you are making a categorical error if you believe Michael avoids discussion with you because he fears having his ‘folly exposed.’ That’s highly unlikely for two reasons:

1). Michael G is an intelligent person who understands and follows the commonly observed principles and processes of debate.
2). You are not.

He will continue to ignore you, because the alternative involves suffering a seemingly bottomless pit of non-sequiturs, logical fallacies, gross assumptions, base prejudices, intentional obstructionism and outright lies.

It’s not your views that people have a problem with, it’s the dishonest, disrespectful and mindless trollery you employ to present them.

Until you make the apologies you know need to be made, withdraw the false accusations you are currently making, come clean about your own identity, start using the quote function in a more respectful fashion, and begin observing norms of honesty, common decency, courtesy and constructive debate, I'll be ignoring you too.

Well saint stephen. So he finally kicked you off? And now your looking for support from heathens?

What would baby Jesus think of that!

Good day to you sir!

Actually, ladies and gentlemen, I am flattered by your remarks. I deleted Royal from the forum that I then moderated (which, thank God :D , I no longer moderate) because I decided that his posts added nothing but were in fact obstructing discussions. I will gladly respond either here or in http://irishcatholics.proboards56.com to anything he has to say by PM.

I do apologise for my inactivity here (assuming anyone is waiting to hear from me) but family and work commitments have left me without enough time even to update my other sites (the reallyCatholic ones that I am too shy to tell you about).

I suspended his account here last night because he has such a blatant disregard for Forum Etiquette So you see Michael, we have a bit in common.

Ya wot? I was just loading the artillery and you suspended him?
Human communication is a very rickety rope bridge between minds. Its too narrow to allow but a few thoughts to cross at a time. Many are lost in the chasms of noise, suspicion, misinterpretation and shooting the message through dislike of the messenger.

On the troll in question you might just be right. In his various incarnations over on IC he's proven he's possed of bullett proof stupidity.
