I think its only fitting you have the deciding vote!
Human communication is a very rickety rope bridge between minds. Its too narrow to allow but a few thoughts to cross at a time. Many are lost in the chasms of noise, suspicion, misinterpretation and shooting the message through dislike of the messenger.

Ah thanks but I already had my vote. I'm happy enough for a draw.

We can assume that Tom Higgins is already aware that he has won this shared prize. He surely would have known in advance. I will inform Ms Mckenna by means of mental telepathy immediately!

I already tried that but all I got was stony silence. I rang her office and told them and she said don't worry that was just an engaged signal. She then said after three seconds of silence the answering machine kicks in (also silently) so you can just leave a message.
