Bretheren, Friends. I have just been given GOOD NEWS. I have a phone call from the Hospital. I had a CT Scan yesterday and that shows that the Cancer is no longer. There is still come scarring in my esophagus where the cancer was. I am to have a Gastroscopy to examine the esophagus more closely. The Cancer has not spread anywhere else in my body.
I was NOT cured by Jesus!

This is good news and i say that as someone new to the site who does not even know you and as of yet has not exchanged posts with you.
What also endears me to you is not just that you are obviously not blaming Jesus for your disease or cure, But you have not added a horrible sentiment that implies you overcame your cancer because you knew you had to live for say Your children, your friends or your dachshund and you just could not leave them
I am sure you have had a battle, please don't misunderstand me and i am sure you have done your part with hopefully lots of support from those close to you, Its a long painfull fight and I would not take anything away from someone who has fought it and lived, but those who have lost loved ones to this disease or probably any other will never ever get sick of hearing how their loved one just didn't want to live enough because they must have loved their children, friends, dachshund etc less than the person sharing their good news.
I am always genuinely glad to here news such as yours please believe me, I just want to say how much nicer it is when delivered as you have done without the sting, I wish you and yours a long and happy life and I genuinely thank you for those things you did not feel compelled to say.
