Hi All,

As I understand it the Constitution of this country states that:

The state may not "endow" any religion (Article 44.2.2°), nor discriminate on religious grounds (Article 44.2.3°).

Is this money from our taxes when given for communion attire not an act serving to 'endow' a religion.

Any Constitutional lawyers care to take up this matter and give an opinion.

All observations appreciated.

Unique in the modern world, Ireland has both a written and an unwritten Constitution. The written has more contradictions than the Bible and the unwritten one simply states: "Rome Rule."

Apparently It's "special event" money rather than communion funding .

Cool, so I can apply? What are the requirements to be able to claim this?
