Have just finished watching the CNN special GODS WARRIORS with
Christiane Amanpour and although I have already come to this conclusion,
I need to put it in writing-RELIGION IS A MENTAL ILLNESS.
The three two hour episodes dealt with Judaism,Islam and Christianity with the final episode based entirely on the Christian Right in the USA.
These people believe in a literal interpretation of the old Testament,are trying to ban the teaching of Evolution in public schools and have a huge
influence on the US government.I'm not sure who scares me the most ,the Islamists or the Christians.

Please leave me alone

If it makes you feel any better, I agree with you. But (a word of advice) go easy on the mentally-ill with their religious ideology - they're hurting and they can be very dangerous :wink:
