I picked up this little book in Easons yesterday (priced €10.79) and then went up to Reads in Nassau St and bought it for €7.23.

i read this recently - it's quite good for what it is, but there wasn't really anything in it that i didn't already know. would have liked something a bit meatier. thoughts?

Found myself skipping through it to be honest, like you say thewickerman, nothing of real substance.
