Nice, uncompromising article directed at lay people in todays I.T.
The responses from the snake oil salesmen in the letters section over the next few days should be fun too.

Good gravy! The comments section there is positively dripping with snake oil!
Well written article though, and fair play to the people who are responding to the eejits in the comments section.
