You misunderstand me, what I mean is that it goes straight to my homepage and NOT the thumbnail thingy!

Oops! Sorry bout that. Do mean when you first launch it, and when you open new tabs? If so, I'd love to know how to make it do that. Maybe it's just the Mac version.

Well I just saved by home page by clicking the tool icon on the top right of the screen, then pressed options and then inputted the address for the home page, there is also an option there for the "use the new tab page" which I unchecked, for my home page to work.

I'd already done the same - although the Mac version doesn't seem to have quite the same set of features on the spanner icon. It launches straight to the homepage now, but still opens new tabs with the thumbnail page though - that's the bit that bugs me most. Because it happens so frequently.

Anyone here remember playing raft-away river on the ole Apple II E?

Thems were simpler times.

I remember the old Amstrad computers, remember the games that came in cassette tapes? They took about an hour to load and invariably when you got to the "end" of the loading process, it told you that "This game could not be loaded"

Many's the game that was hopped off the wall in my house!

I also see that Firefox has made a comeback in the polls and is now tied with Chrome!

Could be like the Labour Party, and may not last!

Just tried google chrome, How do you get the site to fill the page without having to do full screen?

Very small letters for my old eyes! Face book is only in the middle of the screen. Why?

When I zoom in it is perfect but as soon as I navigate away from the page it goes back to small again, how do I save it?

Click the tool icon on the top right hand side of the screen, and adjust your zoom settings

I did that but it doesn't save is that one different from the zoom in the first menu?

It's in the first menu (after you press the tool icon on the top right)

I'm job hunting on the net, so that explains the speed!

Don't know what to suggest for your Chrome zooming issues, it could possibly be a Windows problem....

Me too. There I met the stupidest man I've ever came across in my life.

Did you know you're either a Marxist or a Freudian, you can't be neither and you can't be both.

He has to be right, cos he's a doctor!
