I'm not aware of any atheist charity and I'd be very suspicious of one. What are they going to do? Hand out copies of The God Delusion along with water and blankets? There are however plenty of secular organisations that do charitable work. The Red Cross (despite it's name) and Médecins Sans Frontiè...

Libetarianism. That's not a religion. It's a political viewpoint. Mainly because so many American Atheists identify as libetarian.
