Just a general note - something in PayPal appears to have been changed since we purchased our Membership Management Software. This means some people who are registering with PayPal are not getting automatically added to our system and are being processed Manually by me. I do this As Soon as I can fit it in but that can mean a day or two delay at times for some users.
There is a plan to allocate someone to revamp the website from scratch and implementing all new management software and User Membership access and more. I believe it was discussed at last weekends AI Strategy meeting but I am awaiting feedback as to what was decided and who was allocated with managing / implementing the task.
But hopefully it will mean that soon enough we will rid ourselves of the current faulty software and delays such as you experienced above will be a thing of the past.
